Justine Lipuma, PhD
CEO, Co-Founder

Justine is an entrepreneur committed to the future of soils. She has developed MYCOPHYTO’s scientific concept while also building the start-up brick by brick. Today she manages a strong and talented team of more than 25 people.

In addition to founding the company and transforming it from deep tech to industrial start-up, Justine also conducts large-scale projects that reflect on the environmental challenges linked to the development of MYCOPHYTO solutions.

Claire Paris
Company Secretary

Claire oversees the company's financial and administrative activity. She has over 20 years of experience working in different environments and cultures.

Claire has had the opportunity to evolve in both large corporate groups and small businesses, where she has always adapted perfectly to various organisations and tools. Her experience in financial management, including organisational structuring, allows her to play an efficient and relevant role in the development of MYCOPHYTO.

In 2023 she was appointed Company Secretary.

Vanessa Bernard
Head of Sales

Vanessa holds a degree in agricultural engineering as well as an MBA in management of organisations, innovation and sustainable development. She has spent over 15 years working in agrifood companies.

Vanessa recently joined us to manage MYCOPHYTO's Business department.

Mathilde Clément, PhD
Head of R&D / Innovation

Mathilde is a biologist specialized in plant physiology with a doctorate in molecular and cellular aspects of biology from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis. She has spent 15 years at various institutes and research laboratories in France and abroad.

As part of her research, Mathilde has developed and patented solutions for reducing the impact of phosphate deficiency on plant growth. Her ability to conduct highly transversal projects, covering everything from research and innovation to the most practical aspects of our clients’ needs, makes her a pivotal member of the team.

Mathilde has been managing MYCOPHYTO's R&D / Innovation department since 2019.

Pierre Tholozan
Industry & Supply Chain Manager

As a business school graduate specialized in supply chain management, Pierre is a real multitasking doer with a deep understanding of the production processes, as well as apprehension of the company’s various organisational aspects.

Thanks to his industry background, he provides a pertinent insight into applying industry methods, while also taking into account the company's specific agricultural characteristics.

After more than 10 years with large international corporations, Pierre joined MYCOPHYTO in 2023 as Manager of the Industrialisation and Production department.

Ludivine Alenda
Head of Communication & Marketing

Ludivine is an experienced communicator with a diploma from the Institute of Political Studies of Aix-en-Provence. She has spent over 15 years supporting and managing the image of sitting or campaigning politicians.

Thanks to her intense experiences from a regional institution, the French Senate and the Sophia Antipolis’ mayor office, she is capable of applying her strategic management skills to support projects with a high added value. In her role as MYCOPHYTO's brand manager and ambassador, Ludivine ensures the brand’s visibility and structures the company’s public affairs.

Ludivine has been managing MYCOPHYTO's Communication & Marketing department since the end of 2022.

Nathalie Zamolo
Head of Human Resources

Nathalie is a human resources specialist with professional experience from global businesses of various sizes (both start-ups and large groups) in the areas of high-tech, semiconductors and chemistry (R&D, sales, production, service support).

For nearly 40 years, Nathalie has been in charge of missions in areas such as HR project development, recruitment, training, career development, leader coaching, annual performance reviews, compensation, relations with staff representatives, legal advise and administrative management.

Nathalie has been managing the Human Resources department at MYCOPHYTO since 2022.
