New technologies in the Agro-ecology service

The AI at the service of Innovation

Our principal R & D program plans to create a biobank of indigenous mycorrhizal fungi (AMFs) associated with a database for (1) the genotype and phenotype characteristics of every strain of AMFs, (2) the agronomic potential (yield, growth, resistance etc.) of the target AMF/crop associations.

The AI at the service of Innovation. Biotechnology, Deep Tech, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence : disruptive innovation from MYCOPHYTO.

It also includes the development of a geolocalized prediction algorithm determining for each context and the best AMF-plant combination for each soil-crop couple.

Since 2015, MYCOPHYTO has been working with the UMT FioriMed2 on the development of a decision support tool allowing work in a systematic way on the crop to restore a durable symbiosis and optimise its effects on the plant and soil. Its operation is planned within the framework of the UMT FioriMed 2.

A R & D ecosystem in the service of innovation.

MYCOPHYTO has build strategic partnerships with biotechnology and data sciences stakeholders to develop an ambitious R & D program: Cote d’Azur University (UCA), the National Institute for Agricultural Research, food and the environment (INRAE) and the National Institute for Digital Science and technologies (INRIA).
